Preparation

For your project we’ll follow the steps below, based on your detailed proposal, to make sure the process goes as smooth as possible.

Painting Setup

Items are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths or rose paper, depending on the type of surface one of the three covering materials is chosen.

               

Painting Preparation:

Based on your requests, holes and cracks in ceilings and walls are filled; stains are sealed. And surfaces are scuff sanded.

               

Painting Interior             

Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish. Johnny’s Custom Painting chooses Dunn Edwards paints, Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore to assure quality, customers may choose their own paint depending on their budget.

               

Painting cleaning/ Inspect

If the area is fully furnished; all furniture is put back in place by request of the customer.

After the project is completed we take our time to make sure the area is cleaned properly, dust free, all over sprayed are cleaned. All of our materials are removed from the site. After our own inspection, your job site supervisor will walk you through the space, giving you the opportunity to review our work and to provide any initial feedback
