Experienced Painter position
Compensation: Based on Experience $50-$80K
Employment Type: Full Time
Painter with 3+ years’ experience must be professional, clean and dependable. Painter will be responsible for projects for residential, commercial and industrial clients. Interior and exterior painting projects are assigned, which requires at times working safely at heights. An experienced painter should understand the industry best/safety practices and apply them to every aspect of their work. Quality work is what we pride ourselves on and expect from all employees. Practice self-supervision on small jobs and ensure each project is efficiently completed in a timely manner. Some carpentry, drywall and handyman skills are required. Steady year-round work schedule is available for the right candidate. Must possess some basic job tools.
5 to 6 openings
All employees must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Background and driving record check will be conducted.
Entry level Helper/Painter
Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00
Employment Type: Full Time
Candidate must be professional, clean and dependable. High school diploma/GED preferred. Ability to complete projects on-time, on-budget and following all safety requirements is expected. Candidate should be willing to accept direction, possess effective communication skills and be comfortable working as a team. Any knowledge in the painting field, drywall, carpentry or repair is a plus. On the job training, will be provided for the right candidate.

Experienced outside sales Representative
Compensation: Commission with per appointment stipend
Employment Type: Full Time
Sales representative with 3+ years’ experience in the painting industry. Representatives are to meet with clients, measure properties, create detailed proposals and follow up with clients to close work. Sales Representative must be professional, clean and dependable. Project proposals include clients from residential, commercial and industrial spectrum. An experienced sales representative should understand the industry best/safety practices and consider this when assessing each proposal. Practice self-supervision on sales calls and ensure each client receives timely and accurate proposals. Knowledge of carpentry, drywall, basic remodeling and epoxy application is a plus. Able to work evening appointments and some Saturday appointments during peak season.
