Warranty Overview

Limited 90-Day Warranty on Labor

At Johnny’s Custom Painting, we stand behind the quality of our handyman and repair services. We provide a 90-day limited warranty on labor, ensuring that our workmanship meets the highest standards. This warranty applies only to the labor performed and does not cover materials or product failures beyond our control.

Warranty Coverage

  • The 90-day warranty period begins upon completion of the service.

  • Covers defects in workmanship related to repairs and handyman services.

  • Includes corrections to work that was not completed according to industry standards.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Materials or material failure (including manufacturer defects).

  • Manufacturers' recommended use, installation failures, or defects in pre-existing conditions.

  • Customer negligence, improper maintenance, or misuse of repaired areas.

  • Normal wear and tear, natural settling, or deterioration over time.

  • Acts of God, including extreme weather, floods, fires, earthquakes, or other unforeseen events.

  • Changes in the customer’s preferences (color, texture, style, or other aesthetic factors).

  • Matching of existing materials, such as paint, stain, caulk, grout, tile, brick, wood, mortar, or texture. Color variations occur naturally over time, and exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

  • Unless specifically stated in the contract, estimates include only one or two coats of paint and do not include color changes.

  • Permits, utility flagging, and debris removal are the sole responsibility of the Customer, unless explicitly stated in the contract.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

 

If an issue arises due to defective workmanship within 90 days of the service completion, please contact us:

We will schedule an inspection and determine the best course of action for resolving the issue. Warranty repairs will only apply to the specific areas where the defect in workmanship has occurred.
